Texas Bash - Part Deux

That's right, Art has done it again... he has hosted yet ANOTHER party in the beautiful city of Fort Worth, Texas. The party started on Friday, November 1st and lasted till Sunday, November 3rd.

Art, Brett, Jen, Mobeus(Michael), Deamon(Eric), Evil Ed(Ed), Cecily, Moonrazor(Diane), SpiderChris(Chris), Scott, SpaceCowboy(Bill), Alkemist(Greg), Eric in LA/Texas(Eric) and his brother, Horsin'Around(Julie), and the mystery guest... RondaLea!
Those nutty Californian women... they drove 21 hours to come to this party! Well, maybe it is something about California, SpaceCowboy didn't arrive in Texas till Saturday evening, in time for dinner, and he left not more then 6 hours later with RondaLea and Julie for the long trip home.

On Saturday we to part in what has now become a traditional (2nd annual) event at the Fort Worth CU parties... a trip to the paintball range! Yep, we did it again!! As it was the first time, it was this time... a TOTAL BLAST. The rush one gets from running around with a fully loaded, paint shooting weapon is unbelieveable!! This year there was no clear winner, though Scott and Brett did manage to dominate the paintball field (again). That is not to say the rest of us were killed right away, on the contrary, we all did quite well in staying alive. One warning, you might want to stay clear of some of these CU women when they get a gun in their hands, they can be VERY dangerous!!
To continue another tradition, dinner was eaten at a Mexican resturant by the name of Pulidos. They have some GREAT food there, if you are ever in the area, I suggest you try them.
After dinner, we all headed back to TCU for a few hours of CUing, well this WAS a CU party, you expected us to do that SOMETIME that weekend!

As all things must, the party pretty much ended after the CUing. Thelma and Louise, woops I mean Ronda and Julie, kidnapped Bill around 1am or so for the trip back to Texas. That is what I heard... I wasn't there. Brett, Diane, Mobeus, SpiderChris and myself decided that the party wasn't quite over yet and went to the bar in Brett's hotel for some drinks and more conversation. This mini party finally broke up around 2am (or was it 3.. I cannot remember <G>) and we all returned to our respective places of rest.

If there was any more of the party on Sunday, I missed it due to the fact my flight back to Cincy was at 10am. *sigh*

As usual, Art's party was a success, thanks for having us out Art.
